Department The
Belmont Police Department has a Color Guard that consists of
two flag bearers, two rifle bearers and one bagpiper.
This unit is under the command of Sgt. Richard Mann. Also
attached to this unit is the department motorcycle which is
used to lead the Color Guard, funeral hearses and works with
other area departments to coordinate traffic and civic
functions. These
officers perform in whole or in part at funeral details,
