New Service Connections applications are available at the Belmont Town Hall in the Water and Land Use Offices.
Service Fees are billed quarterly based on water meter readings. Checks should be made payable to the Town of Belmont and mailed/delivered to the Belmont Town Clerk's Office, 143 Main Street, P.O. Box 310, Belmont, NH 03220. Questions regarding a bill should be directed to the Water Department office. - 267-8301
Water Testing services are not provided by the Belmont Water Department, though many local businesses do offer water testing, including Laconia Water Works.
Ordinances and Regulations. The Belmont Water Department regulations are available through the Water office. State laws regulating community and municipal water supplies may be found at the NH Department of Environmental Services.
Private Water Systems. There are currently 14 other water systems in the Town of Belmont that are registered with and subject to NH DES regulations. Questions regarding those systems should be direct to that system's manager or NH DES. They include:
