The members discussed:

Ø      interpretation, evaluation and use of Town of Belmont assessing (CAMA) data;

Ø      fees for building permits as a tool to track changes in housing use/needs;

Ø      developing a town generated growth report;

Ø      population comparison (Belmont to Canterbury);

The members reviewed the currently completed Bridgewater Master Plan.

Ø      survey questions;

Ø      review of Canterbury regulations
