Meeting

October 23, 2001 – 6:30pm – Belmont Town Hall

Present:          Planning Board Chairman Peter Harris, Master Plan Chairman Linda Frawley, Steering Committee Members D. Harper, T. Carroll, B. Brunkhardt, N. McCurry, G. Bartlett, J. Pilliod, R. Ashbaugh; Staff D. McLelland and C. Daigle.

Members reviewed poster & invitation card.  L. Frawley reviewed the marketing summary.

Discussion on 11/2 Community Meeting.  Will have maps, questionnaires, handouts and a questionnaire collection box for anyone not leaving them at the individual tables.  Will color code for each committee.

Planning Board members not dedicated to a subcommittee will be greeters.  Doralyn will recruit refreshment table workers.  Can swap off with staff and free planning board members.

There will be 8 tables for the subcommittees, refreshment tables (set up in hall) and a general info table that C. Daigle will staff.  Will do a general questionnaire and have a contact sheet at the general info table.  The Historical Society may put together a History/Community Heritage table.

Meeting to begin with Brief Intro and Pledge of Allegiance.  L. Frawley has made arrangements for audio visual (video, digital, stills), 8 easels.

C. Daigle will put together Planning Board stats info.  Will add Cathy Sweeney to mailing list.

Should encourage all subcommittee members to attend.  Arrive by 5 or 5:30.
