Attendees:    Richard Ashbaugh, William Brunkhardt, Fred Greene

 

A wide variety of discussions were held regarding the future of Belmont and how the Master Plan would be used to help guide its future.

 

The importance of new and different water sources of water for the expansion of Belmont was also discussed.  the need to include sewers and other utilities in its planning was reviewed.

 

The soon to be discussed extension of the water line west on Rte 140 was also reviewed and the committee felt it was of utmost importance and would blend with other future expansion plans.

 

There were three items that had to be done for the next meeting:

 

Development of new numbers for the Master Plan Chapter.  Bill Brunkhardt will start the gathering of the data.

Frank Clairmont will be contacted to get new information for the maps that are utilitzed in the chapter.  Plans for future expansion will also be shown.  Bill Brunkhardt will start the gathering of the information.

All members will review the chapter and come to the next meeting with ideas for changes and revisions.  This will naturally be an initial pass and will be subject to many future changes.
