Announcements

ALL Zoning Board and Planning Board applications should be submitted electronically to LUOffice@belmontnh.gov by the closing date in addition to the required paper copies. Applications submitted without the electronic copy will be considered incomplete and will not be placed on the agenda. (eff. 11/1/2022)

 

ALL Planning Board submissions should include 10 paper copies of all application materials and 1 electronic copy submitted to LUOffice@belmontnh.gov by the closing date to be considered for that month's meeting. (eff. 12/9/2022)

To provide guidance and support to the Officials and Employees of the Town of Belmont.  To work closely with Residents, Property and Business Owners, and Prospective Developers to provide an efficient and effective process whereby property proposals can be evaluated within the guidelines of applicable Ordinances and Regulations.  To promote a fair, consistent and pleasant atmosphere in which customers may obtain assistance.
